Chris Egert

Senior Sound Designer

I am a senior sound designer and composer at Infinity Ward, creators of Call of Duty. I have been part of the game industry since 2010 and have helped ship multiple AAA titles including “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019)”, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare", “Call of Duty: Ghosts”, “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare”, and “Transformers: Dark of the Moon”. I have a very strong post-production background, and started my career in TV and film. Altogether, I have been doing sound design, music, and audio engineering professionally for over 13 years. In addition to working in games, I also compose music for TV and film through my publisher, 411 Music Group, and have contributed music to shows like FX’s “The Bridge”, MTV’s “Dash Dolls”, “Catfish: the TV Show”, Oxygen’s “Bad Girls Club”, and others. I recently composed the soundtrack for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare's "Zombies" game-mode and subsequent DLC.

Skills

My skill set includes in-depth experience with sound design, music composition, mixing, audio implementation, and scripting for games in engines like Unreal, Wwise, and custom/proprietary engines, voice-over recording and directing, casting, dialogue editing, ADR, and Foley.
